Team Leader, Content Development

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage a team responsible for critical operational tasks related to content setup, promotional flow creation on internal sites, and driving user excitement with promotional content.
Your main responsibilities:
- People management and leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for operational content setup and promotional flow creation. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture
- Develop a high-performing team: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions to foster team growth and productivity
- Own and optimize content strategy: Drive the creation and continuous improvement of promotional content strategies, using data to inform decisions and challenge the status quo
- Ensure content quality and performance: Oversee the content setup process on internal sites, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals. Optimize team workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Strengthen stakeholder collaboration: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key internal stakeholders. Manage expectations and communication regarding operational tasks, project timelines, and performance results. Clearly articulate strategies, findings, and plans through effective presentations to various audiences
- Drive operational excellence and risk mitigation: Oversee and refine end-to-end content-related processes, identify risks early, and ensure timely and efficient delivery—especially during peak periods like Q4
- Value creation: Drive value creation for the final user by ensuring content and promotional activities are relevant, engaging, and easy to navigate. Apply insights from user journey analysis and data to continuously improve the user experience and maximize key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement: Encourage the team to question existing solutions, embrace experimentation, and champion data-driven innovations in content delivery and operations
