Your main responsibilities

Acting as the company-wide conversion owner, managing one of the key metrics driving our overall business

Detecting conversion blockers and identifying improvement opportunities across the entire platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Technology, Operations and Commerce

Build input metrics which explain conversion better (e.g. customer platform navigation metrics, quality of offers available on the platform, and more)

Exploring targeted opportunities for specific categories, channels (app, desktop, web), and traffic sources.

Prioritizing potential conversion improvement initiatives and building alignment with cross-functional teams responsible for their execution.

Utilizing historical data, current trends, and predictive analytics to forecast future conversion trends for annual budgeting and key trade plan events, such as Smart Week, Black Week, and X-mas.

Collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure new feature launches positively impact conversion; Co-leading specific A/B tests with the Tech team as relevant

Analyzing conversion rates for each product category and tailoring strategies to meet specific category needs, driving targeted improvements.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyze large volumes of data, extract meaningful insights, and make informed business decisions.

Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Sheets, Google Studio, Turnilo, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization. Knowledge of Big Query/SQL is a plus.

Prior experience with e-commerce platforms, managing conversion improvement programs is a plus

The ability to assess the market, identify competitors' strategies, and benchmark performance to maintain a competitive edge.

Excellent communication skills to clearly convey strategies, insights, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The capability to work seamlessly with various departments, including marketing, commerce, and product/tech teams, ensuring aligned and synergistic strategies.

Proficiency in English (C1 level).
