What you will do:
-
Help to orchestrate the heartbeat of the entire B2B Commercial Team
-
Develop and provide frameworks and best practices that help sub-teams within the B2B Commercial Team deliver more efficiently
-
Coordinate B2B analytics, including guiding data analysts in maintaining and improving dashboard quality and conducting ad-hoc analyses
-
Coordinate research and benchmarking initiatives to identify opportunities and track market trends
-
Coordinate financial planning and monitor delivery of results
What we’re looking for:
-
Program & Process Management: Ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous projects (Program and Portfolio Management Acumen) and understand how individual initiatives contribute to the overall B2B Commercial strategy. Experience in designing scalable frameworks and applying Change Management principles to implement new processes within teams

Analytical & Financial Coordination: Proficiency in coordinating the development and maintenance of B2B commercial dashboards. Ability to scope, plan, and manage ad-hoc analytical projects, as well as coordinate financial planning (budgeting/forecasting) and monitor results against targets working hand-in-hand with Finance department

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex project plans, process changes, and strategic objectives. Strong ability to engage and influence various stakeholders within the B2B Commercial Team and cross-functionally
