Junior Employer Branding Specialist

Your main responsibilities:
- Provide organizational, administrative, and coordination support to the Employer Branding team in Employer Branding projects
- Independently manage simple Employer Branding projects and/or initiatives
- Support day-to-day tasks of the team as a project team member, taking responsibility for assigned parts of the project and carrying out tasks with the support of specialists
- Lead simple projects, participate as a team member in more complex activities; seek guidance in complex situations, when defining project scope, and when presenting to stakeholders
- Co-create relevant content for Employer Branding social media and career website; support in running social media channels
- Support in the organization of events such as job fairs, meetups, conferences, and other educational events for various target groups
- Create internal communication content related to Employer Branding and Employer Branding projects
- Assist with the creation of graphic materials, e.g., posters, flyers, gadgets, etc.
This is the right job for you if you have:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in social media management
- Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build positive relationships with a willingness to initiate interactions regularly
- First experience in organizing employee events and activities
- Willingness to learn and develop in the EB area
- Ability to work closely with external service providers (e.g. agencies)
- English: B2 level
