Senior Dispatcher

Your main responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for coordinating the courier team regarding deliveries and pickups (collections).
-Your task will be to settle accounts with Couriers for entrusted parcels, documentation, assets, and cash.
-You will handle the optimization of courier routes.
-You will be responsible for timely data entry into the warehouse system.
-You will collaborate with Carriers and Couriers.
-You will organize and lead training for Carriers and Couriers.
-You will support Couriers in their daily duties and foster their motivation and development.
-You will report the Couriers' performance results to the Manager.
This is the right job for you if:
-You have experience in a similar role within the courier industry.
-You are familiar with MS Office, especially basic Excel (this is a plus).
-You have a secondary education (High school diploma).
-You know the city topography well.
-You are communicative and a team player – we work as a team on a daily basis.
-You can make independent decisions and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
-You are willing to work in shifts.
