Revenue Growth Manager (Senior Program Manager)

Your main responsibilities:

Strategic monetization ownership: acting as the primary commercial architect for new business ventures and product features. You will not just calculate fees, but define the entire logic of how and why we monetize specific value propositions.

Driving cross-functional alignment: leading revenue streams in complex projects, acting as a peer partner to Product Managers and Business Directors. You are expected to challenge the status quo, negotiate trade-offs, and drive consensus on commercial decisions.

Value-based pricing implementation: ensuring that fee structures reflect the real value delivered to merchants and buyers. You will translate merchant insights and competitive benchmarks into pricing mechanics that balance revenue growth with NPS/Fee Perception.

Advanced business modeling: building robust financial simulations and business cases for strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for the accuracy of revenue projections and risk assessment for Senior Management reviews.

Pricing lifecycle management: taking full ownership of the pricing strategy for the assigned portfolio. You will proactively identify opportunities for optimization, price adjustments, and structure simplification to maximize long-term yield.

Performance monitoring & recommendations: continuously tracking the effectiveness of implemented pricing changes.
This is the right job for you if have:

5+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in pricing, revenue management, strategy consulting, or commercial Finance within a dynamic environment (E-commerce/Retail/FMCG preferred).

Strategic & commercial acumen: ability to understand the broader business context (P&L, market dynamics, competitive landscape) and translate it into specific pricing actions.

Autonomy & ownership: proven track record of leading projects independently from ideation to execution. You are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations with limited supervision.

Strong stakeholder management: excellent persuasion and influencing skills. You have experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Analytical excellence: Superior quantitative skills and ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable executive summaries.

Communication: flawless communication in English and Polish, with the ability to simplify complex commercial concepts for non-financial audiences.
