Shift Manager, Sorting Center
Piotrków Trybunalski, PL, 97-300
Your main responsibilities:
-You will coordinate the work of the team in the Courier Parcel Sorting Facility on a daily basis
-You will set goals, motivate, and “hold accountable” employees for the execution of assigned tasks
-You will be responsible for the efficient organization of loading and unloading transports
-You will be responsible for the correct and timely sorting of parcels to the appropriate branches
-You will handle the processing of damaged parcels in accordance with adopted procedures
-Your task will be to eliminate downtimes and optimize warehouse processes
-You will cooperate with other departments in the company on a daily basis, including the transport department, courier branches, etc.
-You will actively participate in operational projects and ensure the implementation of new standards
-You will support your team in daily tasks
-You will report the team's work results to the Manager
This is the right job for you if:
-Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company
-Have the ability to delegate tasks, plan, and organize work
-Are distinguished by multitasking
-Communicate in English (spoken and written) at a minimum level of B1
-Are familiar with regulations in the field of Health and Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ)
-Are characterized by good communication skills and like to cooperate with others - we work as a team every day
-Are characterized by the ability to make independent and quick decisions
-Have a high personal culture
-Are open to shift work
-Are proficient in the use of commonly used office programs
-Hold a category B driving license
