Job description

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Under direct supervision, efficiently and accurately execute foundational operational HR processes within their primary assigned area of responsibility, adhering to established procedures and timelines

  • Serve as an initial point of contact for basic employee and manager inquiries, providing timely and accurate support and guidance on routine operational HR matters, escalating more complex issues as needed

  • Assist in identifying basic opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within daily operational tasks and contribute ideas to the team

  • Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR data in relevant systems and documentation under guidance, ensuring basic data integrity and awareness of compliance requirements

  • Collaborate with other HR team members and departments within the organization to support seamless process flow and consistent service delivery, as directed

  • Assist in monitoring basic operational metrics and contribute to the preparation of regular reports on progress and potential challenges, as requested

  • Support compliance with relevant legal regulations and internal company policies in all executed tasks, under supervision

  • Provide basic administrative support related to the employee lifecycle, talent acquisition activities, and learning and development initiatives, as directed

  • This includes basic scheduling, basic documentation management, basic system updates, and basic coordination of logistics

  • You have a background in administration: Ideally with experience in HR processes

  • You are detail-oriented: You take pride in being meticulous and feel comfortable handling large volumes of data with high accuracy

  • You are a master of organization: You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment

  • You are a linguist at heart: * Your English is at an upper-intermediate level or higher (min. B2)

  • You are tech-savvy: You are proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace, with a solid command of Excel and Word

  • You are a team player: You have great communication skills and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals
