Senior Partner Success Advisor (Specialist)

Main responsibilities
- You will be responsible for acquiring, negotiating, onboarding, educating, and building relationships with key international sellers and brands across various categories.
- You will identify business development opportunities, analyze market potential, and plan activities related to acquiring new merchants.
- You will collaborate with Technology, Customer Experience (CX), Legal, Commerce, and Marketing teams to optimize solutions and build comprehensive knowledge of available tools and how to use them.
- You will support the Sourcing Manager in creating sourcing plans and strategies.
- You will acquire new partners from the EEA region (major e-commerce sellers from Germany and the Netherlands) to increase GMV.
- You will manage a portfolio of partners and ensure the delivery of their quarterly KPIs and sales targets.
- You will create sales strategies and materials to support commercial activities.
- You will represent Allegro at international e-commerce trade fairs and deliver stage presentations.
We are looking for candidates who
- Have at least 2 years of experience in business development/acquiring business contacts and negotiations.
- Have knowledge of customer acquisition and understand how e-commerce and marketplaces operate – this is a must.
- Have experience in sales and building relationships with clients/business partners.
- Are able to build relationships with key clients.
- Are self-driven, results-oriented, and focused on sales effectiveness.
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills and can work under time pressure.
- Are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets & Forms).
- Think analytically and can draw accurate conclusions from data.
- Have a good command of English (minimum B2+) – required, and German is a plus.
- Are open to business travel.
