Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Scaling, managing, and optimizing advanced product advertising campaigns (Google Shopping and Performance Max) to maximize revenue and profitability (ROAS).
  • Managing and technically enhancing the product feed in Google Merchant Center, as well as through external tools (e.g., feed rules, custom labels).
  • Planning and efficiently allocating large advertising budgets within Google Ads.
  • Analyzing e-commerce data, drawing insights at the product category and SKU profitability level, and translating them into business strategy.
  • Automating operational processes (Google Ads scripts, feed automation, and leveraging AI for data analysis and optimization).
  • Conducting advanced A/B tests (bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative components) to continuously improve performance.
  • Preparing reports in Google Looker Studio and collaborating with Marketing, Technology, and Business Analytics teams to align promotional activities.

This is the right job for you if:

  • Have at least 2–3 years of proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
  • Have strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, including diagnosing feed issues, optimizing product attributes, and managing large product catalogs.
  • Possess an excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics and performance drivers.
  • Are proficient in Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and can derive actionable insights from large datasets, making decisions based on data rather than intuition.
  • Are proactive and self-driven, taking initiative to test new solutions and continuously improve performance.
  • Have English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective work in an international environment.
    Nice to have:
  • Experience with feed management tools and platforms.

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
  • Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
  • A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
  • Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy.
