Your main responsibilities:
- Scaling, managing, and optimizing advanced product advertising campaigns (Google Shopping and Performance Max) to maximize revenue and profitability (ROAS).
- Managing and technically enhancing the product feed in Google Merchant Center, as well as through external tools (e.g., feed rules, custom labels).
- Planning and efficiently allocating large advertising budgets within Google Ads.
- Analyzing e-commerce data, drawing insights at the product category and SKU profitability level, and translating them into business strategy.
- Automating operational processes (Google Ads scripts, feed automation, and leveraging AI for data analysis and optimization).
- Conducting advanced A/B tests (bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative components) to continuously improve performance.
- Preparing reports in Google Looker Studio and collaborating with Marketing, Technology, and Business Analytics teams to align promotional activities.
This is the right job for you if:
- Have at least 2–3 years of proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
- Have strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, including diagnosing feed issues, optimizing product attributes, and managing large product catalogs.
- Possess an excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics and performance drivers.
- Are proficient in Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and Google Looker Studio.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and can derive actionable insights from large datasets, making decisions based on data rather than intuition.
- Are proactive and self-driven, taking initiative to test new solutions and continuously improve performance.
- Have English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective work in an international environment.
Nice to have: - Experience with feed management tools and platforms.
