We are seeking an experienced expert who not only analyzes data but also creates a strategic vision for customer and partner experiences across the entire organization. We are looking for someone to take end-to-end ownership of NPS research programs, elevate the quality of our web monitoring, and drive the transition from manual data processing to artificial intelligence.
What will your job involve?
- Strategic NPS research management: Designing methodologies, implementing surveys, overseeing execution, and evaluating results for key customer and partner journeys.
- Advanced analytics and visualization: Working with large datasets in BigQuery (GCP) tables, designing automated dashboards (Looker Studio/Tableau), and setting analytical standards.
- Web monitoring: Defining advanced monitoring rules, performing in-depth sentiment and mention analysis, and combining this data with survey results.
- Automation and AI innovation: Proactively implementing automation tools (including solutions based on LLM/AI models) to minimize manual work within the team.
- Developing comprehensive summaries and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Presenting analytical findings and strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Close cross-functional collaboration (including UX, Logistics, and Customer Experience) to support key business projects.
This is the right job for you if:
- You have a proven track record in leading research projects (e.g., in the CX field) and are experts in NPS methodology.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills: hands-on knowledge of SQL, experience working with data (BigQuery/GCP), and proficiency with BI tools.
- You have a solid understanding of web monitoring tools and the ability to extract qualitative insights from them.
- You have experience in automated text classification (NLP) or a strong, practice-backed motivation to implement AI-driven tools.
- You have presentation skills (data storytelling) and the ability to convincingly defend their recommendations.
- You show high proactivity in optimizing research processes and are capable of systemic management of survey tools.
- You are fluent in English at a minimum B2 level.
What we offer:
- Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
- Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
- Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
- A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
- English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
- A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
- An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
