Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • You will act as an Advisor providing comprehensive, omnichannel support (email, phone, chat, Messenger, WhatsApp) to resolve reported issues.
  • You will have access to analytical and technological tools to anticipate potential challenges and will initiate contact to address them. Your job will involve handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • You will step into the role of a mentor and advisor, guiding Partners on growth paths and business scaling (e.g., account settings optimization, export expansion) and providing recommendations on the best business opportunities for them on the platform.
  • You will actively participate in improving Customer Experience operations to boost satisfaction metrics and implement the latest technologies.

  • You have experience in proactive business advisory or Customer Experience, with a focus on supporting sales targets.
  • You enjoy interacting with clients, possess strong communication skills, and easily build relationships.
  • You are a tech enthusiast, ready to leverage the potential of AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • You are ready to work in an equivalent working time system (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
  • You are fluent in spoken and written Polish and have a good command of English, which you want to use in client communication.
