Junior Sourcing Recruiter
Warszawa, PL, 00-841
Introduction
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Junior Sourcing Recruiter to join our team in Warsaw. This is a great spot for someone early in their career who wants to really own the hiring process while learning the best ways to find top-tier technical talent.
We’re a team that actually looks out for one another—when you’re on vacation or sick, you can truly unplug knowing we’ve got your back. There’s no fighting over candidates here; we work together and keep things fun by celebrating everything from birthdays to the small daily wins. Want to see our team spirit in action? Just check out my last post! By the way—we call ourselves the Matchmakers.
Your main responsibilities:
-
Finding & Connecting with Talent: You’ll be the engine behind our hiring, finding great people through smart sourcing and keeping them engaged from the first hello to the final interview.
-
Creating a Great Experience: You’ll make sure every person who applies feels respected and informed through friendly, clear, and empathetic communication (our team has 77+ NPS!).
-
Partnering with the Business: You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers and technical teams to understand exactly who they need and help refine how we interview.
-
Evaluating the Right Fit: You’ll lead phone screens to see if a candidate has both the skills we need and the vibe that fits our culture.
-
Keeping Us on Track: You’ll keep an eye on how we’re doing (like how fast we’re hiring and what candidates think of us) and share those updates with our Recruitment Manager (so basically withe me).
This is the right job for you if:
-
Genuine curiosity: You’re eager to learn new ways to find talent and love staying on top of what’s actually working in the recruiting world.
-
A team-first mindset: You bring a positive vibe, you’re open to feedback, and you’re always ready to jump in when the team needs a hand.
-
A "don’t quit" attitude: You’re naturally persistent and don’t get discouraged when a search gets tricky—you just find a new way to make it work.
-
A focus on people: You know what a great hiring process feels like for candidates, but you’re also a real partner to our managers, giving them the honest guidance they need.
- No communication barriers: Fluent Polish and English
- Nice to have's: SAP SF experience, G-Suite experience, Gemini
What we offer:
- Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
- Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).
- Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
- Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
- A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
- English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
- A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
- An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
- Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy.
And that's just the beginning! You can read more about the benefits here.
