Your main responsibilities:
- Achieve business objectives by meeting key performance indicators related to quality, timeliness, and operational cost optimization.
- Manage the work of a subordinate team in transport and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and effective execution of tasks.
- Optimize operational processes such as RJTL and package flow to improve service quality and overall efficiency.
- Implement and monitor improvements and changes in warehouse processes to drive performance and effectiveness.
- Control labor and service costs to support the continuity and financial efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Supervise timely execution of on-site repairs and maintenance services to ensure operational readiness and infrastructure reliability.

This is the right job for you if:
- Posiadają 3-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku managerskim w branży logistycznej, kurierskiej (preferowane doświadczenia na stanowiskach: Kierownik Transportu, Kierownik Oddziału, Kierownik Terminala, Kierownik Sortowni. Mają doświadczenie w budowaniu i zarządzaniu zróżnicowanymi zespołami ludzi
- Charakteryzują się umiejętnością samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji i skutecznego działania w warunkach stresowych
- Uczestniczyli w pracy przy projektach i wdrażaniu usprawnień
- Są ukierunkowaniu na realizację celów i skutecznie delegują zadania
- Mają wysokie zdolności interpersonalne, organizacyjne i przywódcze
- Posiadają prawo jazdy kat. B i są otwarci na podróże służbowe
- Dobrze znają pakiet MS Office, w szczególności MS Excel
- Komunikują się w języku angielskim na poziomie min. B1/B2
