Your main responsibilities:
- Identifying and acquiring attractive locations for the installation and expansion of Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and PUDO (Pick-Up and Drop-Off) points across the Silesian region.
- Preparing and negotiating commercial offers while assessing their profitability.
- Negotiating lease agreements with landowners, housing cooperatives, municipal road authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
This is the right job for you if:
- Has experience acquiring locations for parcel lockers, ATMs, vending machines, or similar infrastructure.
- Is self-driven, sales-oriented, goal-focused, and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Has a solid understanding of the commercial real estate market and excellent knowledge of the local area.
- Has technical knowledge, particularly regarding electrical infrastructure and utility connections.
- Is available and willing to travel frequently for business.
- Is proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and CRM tools.
- Holds a valid Category B driving licence.
