Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the work of the subordinate team of dispatchers to ensure efficient operations and team performance.
- Supervise courier transport costs, focusing on minimizing expenses while maximizing efficiency and monitoring service quality and other performance indicators.
- Actively acquire carriers and couriers to meet operational demands and expand service capabilities.
- Monitor courier routes and adjust them based on current business needs to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Ensure knowledge and compliance with applicable transport laws, quality procedures, health and safety regulations, and fire protection standards within the organization.
- Control and supervise the implementation of contractual provisions by carriers and couriers to ensure compliance with agreed terms.

-Posiadają min. 3 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w magazynie lub firmie kurierskiej
-Posiadają umiejętność delegowania zadań, planowania i organizacji pracy
-Znają pakiet MS Office
-Znają przepisy z zakresu BHP i PPOŻ
-Wyróżniają się komunikatywnością i lubią współpracować z innymi - na co dzień pracujemy zespołowo
-Charakteryzują się umiejętnością samodzielnego i szybkiego podejmowania decyzji
-Cechują się wysoką kulturą osobistą
-Są otwarte na pracę zmianową
-Komunikują się w języku angielskim (mile widziane)
