Your main responsibilities:

• Work directly for Allegro at the Courier Warehouse.
• Loading and unloading shipments at the warehouse to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
• Operating available equipment: scanner, forklift, computer, transport containers, sorter, automated stations - conveyors.
• Accurately sorting packages according to destinations and designated courier routes.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse, on the loading area, and on all equipment.
• Receiving damaged shipments and forwarding them to the designated person for further processing.
• Ensuring occupational safety and health, cooperating with the occupational safety and health department and supervisors.

What we offer:

• Up to PLN 8,900 gross per month during peak season! Here is the breakdown of your salary:
• Base starting salary: PLN 5,200 gross – reliable pay always on time.
• Performance bonus: up to 20% based on base pay (up to PLN 1,040 gross extra).
• High season attendance bonus: one-off PLN 1,500 gross.
• Night shift allowance: up to PLN 500 gross extra per month (approx. PLN 6/h gross for every night hour worked).
• Weekend bonus (November – December): PLN 50 gross for every weekend worked (Saturday, Sunday, or both).
• Extra funds in MyBenefit: 430 points monthly pool to spend on medical care (Medicover, Luxmed), sports cards (MultiSport, MedicoverSport), commuting allowances, life insurance, and accident insurance for children.
• Shift work according to a schedule (including Saturdays).
• 1 PLN daily meal: Every central warehouse employee can enjoy a delicious meal every day for just PLN 1!
• Free organized transport to Adamów from: Warszawa Włochy, Pruszków, Milanówek, Piastów, Brwinów, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Sochaczew, Chodaków, Kożuszki, Paprotnia, Piorunów, Błoń, Żyrardów, Międzyborów, Jaktorów, Skierniewice, Płońsk, and Łowicz.
• New transport route starting October 19, 2026: Warszawa Bemowo – Stare Babice – Ożarów Mazowiecki – Ołtarzew – Płochocin – Adamów.
