Senior Campaign Specialist

We are Allegro - a largest online marketplace of European origin, currently operating in Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia. Right now, our plan is to grow - therefore, we are looking for a new colleague who is going to take over launching campaigns not just in Czechia, but also Slovakia and Hungary. The role is full-remote, therefore you can apply if you live anywhere within the Czech Republic.

What will your new role involve?

• Setting up and executing trade / consumer campaigns on our platforms (primarily allegro.hu)
• Curating proper consumer-engaging content supporting campaigns objectives
• Tracking campaign performance and optimizing various campaign processes
• Checking and monitoring our competitors’ activities in the e-commerce campaign and consumer engagement area
• Leveraging market-specific insights - what works in one country could (or could not) work in the other
• Strong cooperation with other Allegro teams, such as Sales, Category Management, Advertising

What are we looking for?

• Czech/Slovak language, Advanced level of English (C1)
• Knowledge of Hungarian is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position / role/ scope
• Project coordination skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience with setting up and executing consumer campaigns in e-commerce platforms or e-shops will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
• MS Office or Google Suite Tools, Jira will be a plus
• Adaptability and flexibility - e-comm is a dynamic business, so things may change rapidly
• International project coordination experience in CEE is a plus
