Operations Process Leader

Your main responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff and ensuring the efficient and timely unloading and loading of Line Haul operations at the Depot.
-You will ensure the accurate and timely sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes.
-You will handle damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures and safety regulations.
-You will report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity.
-You will actively cooperate and communicate with other departments to support cross-departmental efficiency
This is the right job for you if:
-You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a warehouse or a courier company
-You have the ability to delegate tasks, plan, and organize work effectively
-You are proficient in the MS Office suite
-You are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety (PPOŻ) regulations
-You stand out with your communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others – we work as a team every day
-You are characterized by the ability to make independent and quick decisions
-You possess high personal standards and professional etiquette
-You are open to shift work
