Dispatcher

Your main responsibilities:

• Assigning shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service
• Taking traffic volume, weather conditions, and regional characteristics into account when planning courier routes
• Responding quickly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize disruptions to operations
• Resolving day-to-day operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability problems
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure that shipments are prepared and ready for shipment on time
• Proposing improvements to courier workflow organization to increase efficiency and improve service quality

This is the right job for you if:

• You have experience in a similar position at a courier company
• You have a good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have a high school diploma
• You are familiar with the city’s layout (Wałbrzych and the surrounding area)
• You are communicative and enjoy working with others
• You are capable of making decisions independently and working effectively under pressure
• You are open to working shifts
