Your main responsibilities:

Team building and development: you will support the growth of and foster a cohesive, diverse team in our branch, creating an environment based on collaboration and respect

Quality and process ownership: you will ensure the smooth operation of the branch, driving the efficiency of our services, optimizing the budget, and maintaining adequate staffing levels

Support and motivation: you will provide daily support to the employees and the courier team in achieving shared goals, ensuring their engagement and a positive work atmosphere

Developing the company ecosystem: you will engage in initiatives and projects that help us improve our day-to-day operational processes

Collaboration: you will work closely with other departments within the company and share knowledge and performance results with the rest of the organization

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to grow with us. Apply if:

You have around 3 years of experience in building diverse teams and managing operations, ideally in the logistics or courier industry.

You possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills—you know how to create an empathetic work environment where everyone feels valued.

You are eager to engage in new projects and enjoy finding solutions that streamline the team's daily work.

You communicate comfortably in English (min. B1/B2 level) and are proficient in the MS Office suite (especially Excel).

You hold a category B driver's license and are open to occasional business travel to build relationships with other branches.
