Your main responsibilities:
- Organize the work of Quality Specialists Team, priority management, assignment, performance control, reporting results to the Quality Manager
- Provide efficient support to the Operations Team in processing problematic orders and deliveries
- Ensure support for the stock inventory process - cyclical inventory/ control inventory (conducting inventory, explaining stock discrepancies, creating inventory documentation etc.)
- Create, update the standard operating procedures/ manuals and conducting quality audits
- Supervise and implement the HACCP system
- Monitor the quality parameters of supported processes, creating statistics and reports
- Train employees in quality processes
- Create development plans for employees
This is the right job for you if:
- Have higher education - Logistics, Management
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in a logistics or production company
- Very good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management rules, inventory regulations and the best practices
- Orientation to customer needs, cost analysis
- English language - B1
- Very good knowledge of WMS systems (e.x.DAX 365), MS Office
- Knowledge of the e-commerce, fulfillment operations
- Experience in team management and team motivation
- Goal orientation
- Very good organization of own work and team work
- The ability to quickly understand the relationships between organizational processes.
- Good communication skills - clarity and precision of expression
