Health and Safety Specialist

Your main responsibilities:
-Monitoring working conditions and ensuring full compliance with regulations and health and safety rules in the logistics center.
-Conducting initial training as well as analyzing needs and planning periodic training.
-Developing and implementing standards, job instructions, and preparing occupational risk assessments.
-Participating in post-accident proceedings, including determining causes and circumstances, as well as implementing corrective actions.
-Managing health and safety documentation: preparing reports, statistics, and maintaining required records.
-Cooperating with occupational environment laboratories in the field of measurements.
-Supervising fire protection.
-Promoting a safety culture and raising employee awareness.
This is the right job for you if:
-You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (distribution/logistics center, high-bay warehouse) and are well acquainted with the logistics field.
-You have higher education in the field or specialty of occupational health and safety (OHS) or postgraduate studies in this area.
-You are very familiar with current regulations regarding OHS, fire protection, and labor law.
-You are independent, able to organize your own work, and identify tasks.
-You are ready to travel for business purposes to other company locations in Poland.
-You hold fire protection inspector qualifications.
-You are proficient in English, both spoken and written (B2), enabling you to conduct training.
-You have a category B driving license.
-You inspire colleagues to change their approach from 'I have to follow the rules' to 'I want to care about safety'.
