Your main responsibilities:

Assigning shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.

Planning courier routes, taking into account traffic conditions, weather, and regional specifics.

Responding quickly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions.

Resolving ongoing operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability problems.

Cooperating with the warehouse team to ensure the timely preparation of shipments for dispatch.

Proposing improvements to courier work organization in order to increase efficiency and service quality
This is the right job for you if:

Experience in a similar position within a courier company.
-
Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (nice to have).

Secondary education.
-
Knowledge of the city's topography.
-
Strong communication skills and daily teamwork.
-
Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure.
