Middle Mile Specialist

Your main responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor the implementation of linear transport routes in accordance with the schedule and demand.
- Analyse transport indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimization actions.
- Maintain ongoing contact with carriers, solve operational problems, report discrepancies.
- Cooperate with planning, storage and operations departments to increase the efficiency of shipment flow.
- Prepare operational and cost reports, provide support in analyses.
This is the right job for you if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in transport over 3.5 tonnes (operating vehicles such as solo trucks, semi-trailers, or truck-trailers).
- Have knowledge of transport regulations for transport over 3.5 tonnes and driver working hours regulations.
- Are committed, precise, creative and problem-solving-oriented.
- Are available to work a fixed night shift (Mondays: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Speak English (B1 level is welcome).
- Have a good command of the Polish language.
- Have good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Possess strong planning, organizational and teamwork skills.
