Your main responsibilities:
- Assign parcels to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.
- Consider traffic, weather conditions, and regional specifics when planning courier routes.
- Respond promptly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions.
- Resolve current operational challenges, such as vehicle breakdowns or issues with recipient availability.
- Cooperate with the warehouse team to ensure parcels are prepared and ready for shipping on time.
- Propose improvements in the organization of courier work to enhance efficiency and service quality.

This is the right job for you if:
-Have experience in a similar role within a courier/logistics company
-Have a basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (nice to have)
-Hold a secondary education (high school diploma)
-Are familiar with the city topography
-Have great communication skills and enjoy working with others
-Work well in a team environment (we work as a team every day)
-Are able to make independent decisions and perform effectively under pressure
-Are open to shift work
