Transport Manager

Your main responsibilities:
-On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the courier department team
-You will monitor courier routes and adjust them to ongoing customer needs
-You will handle the active sourcing and acquisition of carriers and couriers
-Your task will be to develop and supervise contracts with carriers providing courier services
-You will monitor quality, performance, and other courier service KPIs
-You will supervise courier transport costs (deliveries and collections)
-You will support your team in their daily tasks
This is the right job for you if:
-Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company
-Possess the ability to delegate tasks, plan, and organize work
-Are proficient in the MS Office suite
-Are familiar with Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulations
-Have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others – we work as a team every day
-Are capable of making independent and quick decisions
-Demonstrate high professional etiquette and personal standards.
-Are open to shift work.
-Can communicate in English (preferred)
