Your main responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and capability development processes for new couriers and carriers to ensure rapid operational readiness and alignment with performance standards.
- Design and deliver structured in-person training programs that build operational excellence, service quality, and compliance with company expectations.
- Drive continuous performance improvement by analyzing key quality metrics and implementing corrective training interventions for underperforming couriers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, refine, and standardize operational procedures that enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
- Monitor and coordinate critical quality parameters for newly onboarded couriers to ensure achievement of defined targets and service levels.
- Conduct regular field coaching sessions by accompanying couriers on delivery routes to assess performance, provide real-time feedback, and reinforce best practices.
- Enforce corporate identity standards by ensuring compliance with vehicle branding, cleanliness, and courier dress code requirements.
- Manage and administer operational equipment, including courier scanners and access cards, ensuring timely allocation and proper usage.
- Maintain accurate records related to training, onboarding progress, and equipment distribution to ensure operational transparency and accountability.
