Your main responsibilities:
- Support the assignment of orders to couriers and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments in logistics systems to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Inform dispatchers and couriers about delays or delivery problems to ensure quick resolution.
- Receive reports from couriers regarding failures, delays, or delivery issues and take appropriate action.
- Support the customer service department with delivery-related inquiries and issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

This is the right job for you if:
- Posiadają doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w firmie kurierskiej
- Znają MS Office, a szczególnie Excel w stopniu podstawowym (mile widziane)
- Posiadają wykształcenie średnie
- Znają topografię miasta Lublin
- Wyróżniają się komunikatywnością i lubią współpracować z innymi - na co dzień pracujemy zespołowo
- Charakteryzują się umiejętnością samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji i skutecznego działania w warunkach stresowych
- Są otwarte na pracę zmianową
