Transport Manager

Your main responsibilities:
-On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the courier department team
-You will monitor courier routes and adjust them to meet current customer needs
-You will handle the active recruitment and onboarding of carriers and couriers
-Your task will be to draft and oversee contracts with carriers providing courier services
-You will monitor quality, performance, and other key metrics related to the courier service
-You will supervise courier transport costs (deliveries and collections)
-You will support your team in their daily tasks
This is the right job for you if:
-You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a warehouse or a courier company
-You have the ability to delegate tasks, plan, and organize work effectively
-You are proficient in the MS Office suite
-You are familiar with Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulations
-You stand out with your communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others – we work as a team every day
