About the job
As a Mobile Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the development of new features and improvements for our mobile applications. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs into robust, high-performance mobile experiences. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in mobile development, a strong understanding of software engineering principles, and a desire to grow their expertise in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
What you will do:

You will be responsible for the development of our native mobile application (iOS or Android)

You will get familiar with the latest technologies (SwiftUI, Combine, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and others) used for running the biggest e-commerce platform in Poland

You will be part of a team creating an app which is actively used by a few millions of users daily
-
You will learn how to work on a complex project which has tens of contributors
-
On a daily basis, you will closely collaborate with experienced Mobile Software Engineers and other experts
We are looking for people who:

Want to take part in a complex, large scale projects

Have fundamental knowledge of Swift or/and Kotlin programming languages

Understand the app development process, from design to release

Have hands-on experience with object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures

Are able to find efficient solutions that match the requirements set by users

Are eager to continuously improve their skills and receive developmental feedback

Want to learn from experts and expand their knowledge of native mobile app development

Have their own ideas for improving Allegro’s mobile app and can act proactively

Know English at B2+ level
