Job Description

Job Description:

In the Logistics domain, we are building one of the most ambitious logistics intelligence systems in Europe. We are seeking an experienced, strategic Product Manager to take a leadership and mentoring role, acting as a key architect for our Transport Management System (TMS). This is a "product-person for product-people" role, where you will drive a fundamental shift in how we orchestrate our logistics network—from sorting hubs and terminal operations to our rapidly expanding APM and mobile ecosystems.

This is the right job for you if you are a "builder" who sees the modernization of core systems as a strategic opportunity to set new industry standards. You should combine the experience of a seasoned Product Manager with a natural drive for mentorship, staying deeply focused on the operational user experience across mobile and terminal environments.

This is the right job for you if you:

  • Have proven experience as a Product Manager building complex, data-driven or logistics-focused products.
  • Possess strong experience delivering products involving AI/ML models, analytics pipelines, or geospatial systems.
  • Have worked effectively with multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, data science, analytics, operations, and UX.
  • Understand logistics processes such as last mile, middle mile, routing, capacity planning, or delivery operations.
  • Can build clear roadmaps, evaluate trade-offs, and prioritize based on business impact.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders.
  • Are experienced in product discovery, user research, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Know English at a minimum B2 level and Polish at a minimum C1 level.
  • (Plus) Have hands-on experience with operational systems, routing, or real-time optimization engines.

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Shaping and communicating a clear product vision that transforms transport management and terminal operations into an intelligent, data-driven ecosystem.
  • Defining a strategic roadmap for our TMS and mobile tools, focusing on long-term scalability and network efficiency.
  • Mentoring a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers in high-quality product discovery.
  • Translating complex logistics workflows into intuitive, functional solutions for our courier network and tools.
  • Managing alignment across senior stakeholders, balancing their priorities with the strategic goal of decommissioning legacy debt.
  • Driving execution by prioritizing high-impact initiatives that align with our overall strategic goals.

What's in it for you:

  • Flexible working hours in the hybrid model ($4/1$) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
  • Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).
  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
  • Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
  • A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or corresponding Dell with Windows and all the necessary accessories.
  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
  • A training budget, inter-team tourism, hackathons, and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people.
  • Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, Advent of Code, and many other occasions we enjoy.

#goodtobehere means that:

  • You will join a team you can count on - we work with top-class specialists who have knowledge- and experience-sharing in their DNA.
  • You will love our level of autonomy in team organization, the space for continuous development, and the opportunity to try new things.
  • You get to choose which technology solves the problem and you are responsible for what you create.
  • You will value our Developer Experience and the full platform of tools (Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, etc.) that make creating software easier.
  • You will be equipped with modern AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on developing and refining services.
  • You will create solutions that will be used (and loved!) by your friends, family and millions of our customers.
  • You will meet the Allegro Scale, which starts with over 1000 microservices, an open-source data bus (Hermes), and tens of petabytes of data.
  • You will become part of Allegro Tech - we speak at conferences, run our own blog, record podcasts, and organize our own internal conference.
