Depot Warehouse Coordinator

Your main responsibilities:

- On a daily basis, you will supervise warehouse operations and ensure the timely execution of operational processes.
- You will be responsible for recruiting and training warehouse workers.
- Your task will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- You will be responsible for the correct operation and timely maintenance of technical equipment.
- You will ensure employee safety and adherence to health, safety and fire protection (BHP/PPOŻ) regulations.
- You will support your team in their daily tasks.
- You will collaborate with other departments within the company on a daily basis.

This is the right job for you if:

- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company.
- Possess strong task delegation, planning and organizational skills.
- Are proficient in MS Office.
- Are familiar with Health, Safety and Fire Protection (BHP/PPOŻ) regulations.
- Hold a valid Category B driver's license.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and enjoy working with others - we work as a team every day.
- Are capable of making independent and fast decisions.
- Possess high personal culture and professionalism.
