Dispatcher

Your main responsibilities:

- Assigning shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service;
- Planning courier routes, taking into account traffic conditions, weather and regional specifics;
- Responding quickly to delays, delivery issues and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions;
- Resolving ongoing operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability problems;
- Cooperating with the warehouse team to ensure the timely preparation of shipments for dispatch;
- Proposing improvements to courier work organization in order to increase efficiency and service quality.

This is the right job for you if you have:

- Experience in a similar position within a courier company;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (nice to have);
- Secondary education;
- Knowledge of the city's topography;
- Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure;
- Strong communication skills and daily teamwork.
