Operations Process Leader

Your main responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the team in a courier parcel warehouse.

• You will be responsible for the accurate and timely sorting of shipments to the appropriate branches.

• You will handle the processing of damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures.

• Your task will be to eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes.

• You will support your team in their daily tasks.

• You will report the team's performance results to the Manager.

This is the right job for you if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company.

• You possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills.

• You are proficient in MS Office.

• You are familiar with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and fire safety regulations.

• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others — we work as a team every day.

• You are capable of making fast, independent decisions.

• You demonstrate high professional conduct and personal etiquette.

• You are open to working in shifts.
