We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our energetic team in the
call center. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and problem solving, this is a great
opportunity for you!
Your main responsibilities:
● Communicating with customers via phone and email and ensuring an excellent
experience.
● Processing orders, product exchanges and address changes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
● Resolving issues with undeliverable items and taking care of older orders.
● Collaborating with other departments to obtain information and prepare accurate responses to
customers.
● Support colleagues and help less experienced team members.
● Performing administrative tasks related to customer support and additional tasks according to the instructions of the superior
This is the right job for you if:
- IV. level of education and at least 3 months of experience in a similar position.
- Computer skills (MS Office, email) and fluent knowledge of the Slovenian language.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage, and knowledge of Croatian is also a plus!
- You are communicative, you learn quickly and you like to work in a team.
- You know how to adapt to changes and you work successfully in a dynamic environment.
