Depot Transport Coordinator

What will your responsibilities be?

• Responsible for the efficient onboarding and skill development of new Couriers and Carriers;

• Conducting classroom training on our operational standards and service quality;

• Analyzing quality metrics and driving performance improvements for Couriers;

• Conducting field coaching sessions — accompanying Couriers on their routes to provide real-time feedback and support;

• Ensuring the company’s brand image in the field (vehicle condition, branding, Courier uniforms);

• Managing operational equipment (scanners, access cards) — from allocation to inventory control;

• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation related to training, onboarding, and issued equipment.

This is the right job for you if you:

• You have proven experience in the courier industry or last-mile logistics - must-have (you’ll be a great fit if you have a background as a courier or dispatcher);

• You can conduct engaging training sessions and communicate knowledge clearly;

• You have strong interpersonal skills and know how to give constructive feedback;

• You are comfortable using MS Office and pick up new software and operational apps quickly;

• You are open to working in a shift pattern.
