Job description

Your main responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Fulfilment, Depot and HUB Managers to enhance security, focusing on improving physical and operational safety and loss prevention within dedicated locations.
- Implement established physical security standards and procedures for warehouses and office areas, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Monitor observance of physical security rules and standards across warehouse and office locations.
- Conduct physical security audits to assess compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Support the process of managing physical security incidents at warehouse and office premises, including investigation and resolution.
- Identify patterns of fraud and theft, and undertake actions aimed at their prevention and reduction.
- Verify identified cases of violations of security rules and standards, and participate in interviews with witnesses or suspects during investigations.
- Analyze operational and security data to minimize losses and improve safety and verify statistics on losses in the supervised area and document actions taken to reduce them.
- Support the management of physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
