Senior Last Mile Expansion Specialist

Your main responsibilities:
- Identifying and acquiring attractive locations for the installation and expansion of Parcel Locker Machines (APMs) and PUDO (Pick-Up and Drop-Off) points across the Silesian Voivodeship.
- Preparing and negotiating commercial offers, as well as conducting profitability analyses.
- Negotiating lease agreements with landowners, housing cooperatives, municipal road authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
This is the right job for you if:
- Proven experience in acquiring locations for parcel lockers, ATMs, vending machines, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, strong sales and negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, and a track record of successful sales achievements.
- Solid knowledge of the commercial real estate market and excellent local market awareness.
- Understanding of technical and electrical aspects, including utility connection requirements.
- Availability and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and CRM systems.
- Valid Category B driving license.
