Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations of the courier group to ensure timely delivery and receipt of parcels, meeting Depot KPIs and maintaining the highest customer service standards.
- Supervise the accurate and timely settlement of parcels, documentation, property, and cash handled by couriers.
- Manage courier route efficiency dynamically to ensure the Depot meets cost KPIs while optimizing performance.
- Motivate and develop the courier team to maintain high standards and ensure the quality of services provided by Allegro.
- Acquire carriers and couriers to ensure adequate staffing levels for both current and forecasted parcel volumes.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for couriers and carriers to ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards.
- Optimize the number of couriers based on current and anticipated parcel volumes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Report on courier performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

This is the right job for you if:
- Posiadają doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w firmie kurierskiej
- Znają MS Office, a szczególnie Excel w stopniu podstawowym (mile widziane)
- Posiadają wykształcenie średnie
- Znają topografię miasta Toruń
- Wyróżniają się komunikatywnością i lubią współpracować z innymi - na co dzień pracujemy zespołowo
- Charakteryzują się umiejętnością samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji i skutecznego działania w warunkach stresowych
- Są otwarte na pracę zmianową
