Shift Manager

Your main responsibilities:

-On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the team in the courier sorting hub

-You will set goals, motivate, and hold employees accountable for achieving assigned tasks

-You will handle the efficient organization of transport loading and unloading-

-You will be responsible for the correct and timely sorting of shipments to the appropriate branches

-You will handle the processing of damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures

-Your task will be to eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes

-On a daily basis, you will cooperate with other departments within the company, including the transport department, courier branches, etc

-You will actively participate in operational projects and ensure the implementation of new standards

-You will support your team in their daily tasks

-You will report the team's performance results to the Manager

This is the right job for you if:

-Posiadają min. 2 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w magazynie lub firmie kurierskiej

-Posiadają umiejętność delegowania zadań, planowania i organizacji pracy

-Wyróżnia ich wielozadaniowość 

-Komunikują się w j. angielskim w mowie i piśmie na poziomie min. B1 

-Znają przepisy z zakresu BHP i PPOŻ

-Wyróżniają się komunikatywnością i lubią współpracować z innymi - na co dzień pracujemy zespołowo

-Charakteryzują się umiejętnością samodzielnego i szybkiego podejmowania decyzji

-Cechują się wysoką kulturą osobistą

-Są otwarte na pracę zmianową

-Posiadają znajomość obsługi powszechnie używanych programów biurowych 

-Posiadają prawo jazdy kat. B
