Sorting Center Process Excellence Expert

Your main responsibilities:
-You will monitor and analyze the efficiency of processes implemented using automated sorting systems
-You will handle the optimization of BEUMER loop sorters and their supporting applications and systems
-On a daily basis, you will identify irregularities, analyze their root causes, and initiate corrective actions
-You will collaborate with IT, Tech, and Maintenance teams on the development and modification of solutions supporting operations
-You will gather business and operational needs and translate them into requirements for system and technological changes
-You will participate in testing new solutions, software updates, and changes to equipment logic
-You will handle the analysis of operational data and KPIs and prepare recommendations for improvements
-You will create and develop reports, process monitoring tools, instructions, training materials, and best practices for system and equipment users
-You will cooperate with the Continuous Improvement department to implement and maintain operational standards
-You will conduct training and support operational teams in adopting new technologies
-You will initiate and lead improvement activities using Lean Management methodologies
This is the right job for you if:
-You have experience working with warehouse automation, sorting systems, or logistics processes
-You understand the operating principles of loop sorters; experience with BEUMER solutions is a major asset
-You are able to read technical drawings, installation schematics, and project documentation
-You are proficient in CAD tools, e.g., AutoCAD, and can use them to work with technical documentation
-You have experience in analyzing operational data, KPIs, and identifying the root causes of deviations
-You are familiar with WMS, ERP, or other systems supporting logistics operations
-You have experience collaborating with technical, IT, or Maintenance teams
-You can clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the organization
-You are independent, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement
-You are ready to work on-site at the sorting center in Piotrków Trybunalski
-You communicate in English at a minimum B2 level
-You have experience with BEUMER systems, PLC, SCADA, or warehouse automation support solutions (which is a plus)
-You are familiar with Tableau, Jira, or no-code tools (which is a plus)
-You have knowledge of Lean Management or Continuous Improvement
-You have experience in implementing or modernizing automation in a logistics center, warehouse, or manufacturing plant (which is a plus)
