Sorting Center Warehouse Coordinator

Your main responsibilities:

• Conducting training for the warehouse team on operational procedures and job responsibilities.

• Supporting the Operations Process Leader in adjusting and improving individual process stages.

• Overseeing technical equipment - ensuring its proper use, tracking, and inventory management.

• Responding to irregularities and reporting any operational disruptions in the HUB during your shift to your supervisor on an ongoing basis.

This is the right job for you if:

• You have professional experience in operational logistics (Sort Center, HUB, or warehouse environment).

• You speak Polish at a communicative level and feel confident acting as an educator - capable of efficiently and effectively training operational staff on procedures.

• You take a responsible approach to technical equipment, ensuring proper tracking, maintenance, and inventory management.

• You are highly observant and quick to identify any process disruptions during your shift.
