Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

- You will acquire attractive locations in the Wielkopolskie and Lubuskie voivodeships that enable the installation of Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and their subsequent expansion.
- You will prepare commercial offers leading to the acquisition of space for machines.
- You will take part in negotiations of lease agreements with landowners, housing cooperatives, municipal road boards, etc.
- You will manage the customer database and update the progress of business talks.

This is the right job for you if:

- You have experience in acquiring locations for parcel machines, ATMs, vending machines, etc.
- You are characterized by independence, sales skills, focus on goals, and have a documented history of sales success
- You know the commercial real estate industry and have great orientation in the field
- You have knowledge of technical and electrical aspects (including connections)
- You are available and ready for frequent business trips
- You have a good knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and the ability to use CRM tools
- You have a category B driving license
