Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist who’s ready to work with our most critical HR systems as a dedicated business owner. In this role, you’ll be the guardian and architect of our global HR master data foundation - the engine that powers our Core HR processes, downstream systems and global reporting.

 

Important things for you:

  • Flexible working hours in an office first model (4/1) that depend on you and your team. Starting later or finishing earlier? No problem! Work hours keep pace with our lifestyles and can start between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

  • Employment contract. 

  • Our team is based in Poznan, Warsaw and Prague.

What does this role involve

 

You’ll shape how SAP SuccessFactors EC evolves within a fast-changing business and regulatory landscape, making sure it runs smoothly, scales wisely, and stays aligned with our expanding global footprint. With our ambitious 2026 operational plan focused on efficiency and optimization, your expertise will directly influence how we modernize our Core HR area.

You’ll also be a key partner for our CEE5 countries, helping harmonize local and global processes and elevating HR Operations across the region. Expect a lot of ownership, a lot of impact and a lot of room to shape the future of how we work:) 



Main requirements

 

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a global environment.

  • Ability to configure, customize and optimize EC to support evolving HR processes.

  • Solid understanding of Core HR, master data and system integrations.

  • Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog based on business needs.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify automation and optimization opportunities.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work independently, drive delivery, and manage risks or incidents.

  • Experience preparing documentation, functional specs, and supporting knowledge-sharing or onboarding.

  • English proficiency sufficient for daily communication (B2+/C1).
