Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Optimizing operational processes related to the organization and management of major promotional campaigns at Allegro, such as Allegro Days and Black Week

  • Defining technical issues related to content management and developing solutions

  • Improving processes based on scalable solutions, including the use of technological solutions (automation, ML)

  • Gathering business requirements, managing priorities, and preparing guidelines for the implementation of designed processes

  • Consulting needs and potential solutions with technology, legal, marketing, Customer Experience, Sourcing, and Technology teams

  • Close collaboration with key project stakeholders carried out within the initiatives/business areas entrusted to you at Allegro

  • Consulting projects from the concept to the implementation stage, participating in research, workshops, and status meetings related to a given initiative/area

  • Creating and co-creating documentation, including presentations for stakeholders and management, at various stages of the project (mainly in English)

This is the right job for you if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product within a sales team, particularly in trading and building engagement

  • You have experience in negotiating contracts

  • You have general knowledge from the legal point of view about promotional campaigns

  • You have ability to manage multiple campaigns for activities many categorical ones at various stages of implementation (managing very different actions at the same time)

  • You have analytical thinking, ability to summarize

  • You are openness to constant change

  • You have proficiency knowledge  in Excel, Word, and knowledge of IT systems

  • You are able to motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively

  • You have ability to work independently and organize work of project group

  • You have self-starter mentality, results-oriented, ready to work independently in a fast paced and challenging project-based culture, set the right priorities to achieve high quality outputs

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures

  • You work effectively in English (desired B2+)
