Your main responsibilities:
-Supporting all Allegro teams in terms of privacy regulations (consultations, substantive support)
-Managing educational and informational activities as well as privacy training
-Supporting risk analysis processes for privacy-related projects
-Handling and managing privacy incidents
-Managing correspondence with supervisory authorities
-Managing correspondence with Allegro's customers and partners regarding privacy
-Ensuring, together with the team, the compliance of policies and procedures with Polish and European privacy laws
-Reviewing and providing opinions on new legislative acts concerning privacy issues
-Managing the development, commissioning, and verification of data processing agreements
-Collaborating with Allegro teams to identify and mitigate privacy risks
-Supporting the vendor verification process regarding personal data protection
-Maintaining and updating internal documentation on personal data processing
-Conducting GDPR compliance audits within the organization and among processors
This is the right job for you, if you:
-Have extensive knowledge of legal regulations including GDPR, DORA, DAC7, GPSR, AI Act, and skillfully interpret legal provisions (we are looking for someone with several years of experience)
-Have Master’s degree in Law
-Are meticulous and pay attention to detail
-Are independent and communicative
-Are discreet and possess impeccable personal manners
-Can operate in ambiguous situations that require individual and unconventional interpretation
-Can prioritize tasks effectively
-Possess analytical thinking skills
-Eagerly search for gaps in existing processes
-Know English at a level allowing for fluent communication (can translate legal nuances into business language)
-Can combine teamwork with independence in action
