A hybrid work model requires 3 days a week in the office
What does this role involve:
-
You will design Key Visuals and prepare formats for internal and external campaigns for the largest e-commerce company in Poland.

You will create graphics and design icons for dedicated business subpages.

You will participate in the design process of dedicated mailings and mailing scenarios.
-
You will take an active part in collaborating with developers, UX specialists, and the entire experienced marketing team.

You will develop and base your design knowledge on analytics and KV (Key Visual) testing.

You will have a real impact on the development of templates, campaign production automation processes, AI-centered approaches and internal technological solutions.

This is the right job for you if:

Are fluent in and effectively use Figma and Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id is a plus) in your design work.

Have experience in designing campaigns for mobile & web platforms, confirmed by a portfolio - we'd love to take a look!

Know what CTR is and how to design to positively impact conversion.
-
Are not afraid to test your ideas and base your conclusions on analytics and numbers.
-
Have a feel for mobile-first design and a passion for changing the world of design to be consistent and better.

Are Proficient in English communication. (at least at the B2 level).

Are communicative, creative, and teamwork-oriented.
-
Can organize their work and are punctual in completing assigned tasks.

An additional advantage will be illustration skills, basic animation creation (Adobe Ae, An, Lottie), as well as the ability for creative prompting and knowledge of AI platforms from the Google ecosystem.

Have a minimum of two years of experience in designing creative assets for online activities.
