Intellectual Property Operations & Product Compliance Leader

Na czym polegać będzie Twoja praca?

• You will be responsible for implementing processes covering Product Safety and Regulatory Compliance in the area of Product Safety and Platform responsibilities, maintaining compliance with regulatory expectations 

• You will be involved in Allegro’s IPR portfolio protection

• Setting and monitoring team metrics and KPIs

• Ensuring that our procedures and processes for recalls, product safety, including regional variations, are up to date. Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks associated with Product Safety

• Lead enforcement activities, ensuring process effectiveness through performance monitoring

• Use data analytics to identify trends and risks, translating them into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Legal, Product, Compliance and Regulatory teams) to support the automation of enforcement actions, driving business and policy decisions

• Cooperation with Market Surveillance Authorities to ensure understanding and smooth cooperation

Szukamy osób, które:

• You have experience in Product Safety, regulatory compliance, strong understanding of relevant regulations and platform responsibilities (DSA/GPSR)

• You have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• You have experience with project management and process improvement

• You preferably have experience in leading roles (2+ years)

• Can communicate (written and spoken) freely in English (B2/C1)
