Your main responsibilities:

  • Proactive brand and intellectual property protection: Collaborating with global brands and their representing law firms to design, build, and implement proactive safeguards that prevent intellectual property (IP) infringements (e.g., counterfeit goods) from appearing on the platform.

  • Partner collaboration: Partnering and communicating with sellers from both Asia and Europe—guiding them through compliance and intellectual property protection standards.

  • Data-driven decision-making: Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns of non-compliance, supporting strategic decisions, and collaborating with our analytics team.

  • Official correspondence: Analyzing and taking action in response to official letters and inquiries from national and EU regulatory bodies.

This is the right job for you if:

  • You naturally seek out root causes, propose systemic solutions, and are capable of working independently without step-by-step instructions.

  • You are fluent in Polish and English. Proficiency in Chinese is a major asset due to our extensive collaboration with sellers from Asia.

  • You possess knowledge of intellectual property (IP) regulations.

  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • You have a basic knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, or Python (or strong motivation and an aptitude to quickly master these tools to support our analytics team).
